Not much. Ideally your logo, any photos you want to use, and a rough idea of what you want the site to say, do, and look like. The more you give us, the more we can work with. We'll ask you a few questions at the start to make sure we understand your business. After that, we handle everything.

We do no lock-in contracts. If you ever want to cancel, just let us know and we'll stop the monthly plan from your next billing date. Your domain stays yours, so we'll help you transfer everything so you're never left stuck.
Yes. Many people tend to go with the Starter plan first and move up once they see what a proper site does for them. Whatever you've already paid counts toward the next tier.
